If you’d like to return your item(s) for a refund, visit our Return Request page and provide your order details. Within 48 hours, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label or an update on your request via email.

NOTE: To qualify for a full refund, product boxes must be in their original, factory-sealed condition. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition (with original packaging, unused, untested, original tags, and are resellable). If we receive returned items in a condition that doesn't meet our return requirements, we will decline the return. Should you submit a non-compliant return, you authorize us to charge you for the full amount of the non-compliant return using your original payment method and/or to reverse any refunds previously issued. Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
In-store purchases
Bring your item(s) and your sales receipt to a store near you within 90 days of purchase to receive a full refund on your original payment method. To qualify for a full refund, the product boxes must be in their original, factory-sealed condition.

Refunds
Products must be returned within 90 days of purchase to receive a refund. Ray-Ban Stories must be returned within 45 days of purchase. Product boxes must be in their original, factory-sealed condition. Non-prescription sunglasses and accessories must be in their original condition. This does not apply to loss or theft. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original purchase. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or breakage. Additional lens enhancements, frame upgrades and accessories are extra.
Contact Lens Return Policy
We accept all unopened, unexpired boxes of contact lenses accompanied by the original sales receipt within 90 days. Product boxes must be in their original, factory-sealed condition for a full refund.
Exchanges
Products must be returned within 90 days of purchase to make an exchange. Ray-Ban Stories must be returned within 45 days of purchase for exchanges. Exchanges can be any pair equivalent to their original purchase price. Additional lens enhancements, frame upgrades and accessories are extra. For online exchanges, guests must return the original pair purchased with the original receipt upon delivery of the replacement pair.
